Le Gai Séjour is a charming heritage cottage just 200m from the sea, but sheltered with a sunny south facing private garden.
It’s perfect for families or groups of six, for seaside holidays or quiet long weekends, and right on D-Day’s famous Sword Beach, with a British military history expert next door to guide you if you wish.
Your hosts speak both French and English, and look forward to welcoming guests from all parts of the world.

It should also be noted that there is a huge amount of cupboard & other storage space throughout the house.

Guide to Symbols
Electrics – The electrical elements marked in green should not be touched without reference to the owners.
The Boiler – At 300 litres, this is more than adequate to provide hot water for 6 people. It is set to run overnight to reduce energy consumption.
The Air Ventilator – This is designed to circulate the air and detect and remove humidity from the ‘wet’ areas during and after use. It runs automatically.
The Fusebox – If you have any sort of electrical problem, please contact the owners for assistance.
Radiators – All of the electric radiators are remotely controlled by the owners and cannot be adjusted via the locked controls on each. Our aim is to maintain comfortable room temperatures during all seasons, and at the same time reduce wasteful energy consumption.
Plug Points – Single or multiple plug points.
The green plug point in the bathroom is for shavers only. For safety reasons, we would encourage you to use other accessories like hair driers in bedrooms, away from ‘wet’ areas.
